My Inspiring Visit to Artwill During Romanian Art Week 2026
On the opening day of Romanian Art Week 2026, I had the pleasure of visiting Artwill | Contemporary Art Space, located on Duetului Street in Bucharest. It was an inspiring experience that reminded me why contemporary art is such an essential part of our cultural lives: it challenges conventions, encourages experimentation, and creates meaningful connections between people and ideas.
What impressed me immediately was the generosity of the space. Artwill offers more than a place to display artworks. Its openness creates an atmosphere of freedom, curiosity, and possibility, inviting visitors to explore contemporary artistic expression from new perspectives.
For me, walking into Artwill felt like discovering a gateway to artistic experimentation, collaboration, and dialogue.
When Art Meets Experimentation
As the founder and artist behind MVM3DArt, I felt a particular connection with Artwill's commitment to experimentation and dialogue. Through my own artistic practice, especially my three-dimensional collages, I seek to move beyond the traditional boundaries of painting.
By combining acrylic painting with unconventional materials such as ribbons, paper, cellophane, and recycled elements, I explore the relationship between surface, form, texture, and space.
Romanian Art Week offers a valuable opportunity to discover Bucharest's artistic landscape and appreciate the people and organisations who contribute to its vitality.
