Original abstract painting by MANU — Homage à Zao Wou-Ki

A contemporary meditation on balance and duality

Every day, we face a choice. Between right and wrong. Between heart and mind. Between who we are and who we aspire to become.

For me, Yin & Yang represents much more than the ancient philosophy of opposing yet complementary forces. It embodies the eternal dialogue between masculine and feminine energies, strength and vulnerability, reason and emotion. But beyond this duality lies something deeply personal: the invisible struggle within each of us. The daily decisions that challenge our values, test our conscience, and shape our destiny.

Should we follow our hearts or trust our minds? Is the right choice always the easiest one?

✨ Art is not about choosing one side over another—it is about discovering the beauty of their union.

In the spirit of Zao Wou-Ki's gestural expressionism, in this acrilyc painting, bold brushstrokes and layered forms dance across the canvas, merging Eastern philosophy with modern abstraction. The interplay of light and shadow creates depth and movement, inviting contemplation of opposing forces in harmony.

Perfect for corporate spaces, galleries, or interiors seeking sophisticated, thought-provoking art that transcends cultural boundaries.
